Lookout Tower Prónay was built on Romhányi Hill, at the 421 m high peak of Kecske-kő.
It can be visited at any time of the year and at any time of the day.

We have to climb to the terrace to a height of 23 meters, but it is worth the effort to climb the stairs, as the slopes of Börzsöny, the Selmec Mountains, the Szanda-vár, the Karancs, the Mátra, the Gödöllői Hills, and the peaks of Naszály, Pilis and Visegrád Mountains can also be seen from here.
Lookout Tower Prónay can be reached on foot from the settlement of Alsópetény and Romhány on the National Blue Trail.
The route is about 2-3 km long. The Tower can be reached by an easy forest walk of an hour.
It is important to note that access to the forest roads leading to the Lookout Tower is not possible because the roads are not suitable for regular road traffic.
If you arrive by car, you can park in the settlements at the starting point from where you can continue on foot to the lookout.
