The Apartment House consists of two separate apartments, each of which has a separate garden area, separate outer and inner free parking, partly covered terrace with a beer bench, equipped kitchen, separate bathroom + toilet, led TV, fridge, microwave, hob, and fan.
The first apartment is a one-room studio apartment with a terrace for max. 4 people.
The second apartment has a terrace, 2 stories, 2 bedrooms (attic built-in) for max. 6 people.
